It all begins with an apprenticeship through the Sprinkler Fitters Local 669 JATC, where apprentices are transformed into highly skilled journeymen.

Program Length: 5 years
Classroom Hours:  19 Course correspondence through a nationally recognized college
On-the-Job Hours: 10,000 total hours

Other Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be physically fit to do the work of the trade
  • Must have other than dishonorable discharge from the military (if applicable)
  • Must be able to pass appropriate drug test and medical exam (paid for by sponsor)
