Union Roofers and Waterproofers work on all types of buildings to protect them against water intrusion and damage.
Local 86 roofers install, repair and maintain roofs in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
Waterproofing can be below grade, which is usually foundation work. It can also be done on plaza decks, parking garage floors and other sections of a building where water or moisture protection is crucial.
