Our Portfolio

The Columbus/Central Ohio Building and Construction Trades Council is proud of the work performed by our roughly 18,000 affiliated members.

These men and women show up on the job site each day to build Central Ohio. They have helped make the Greater Columbus area one of the nation’s hottest construction markets.

Below is a partial list of projects completed by 100 percent union labor.
While most of these facilities were built under a Project Labor Agreement or a Community Benefit Agreement, several projects were awarded to all union contractors without any type of contract.

In each case, these projects were completed on time and on budget and built safely according to the highest industry standards.
