International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers

IBEW Local 1105 represents tradesmen and tradeswomen working in the construction industry as inside wiremen or installer-technicians.

Inside wiremen distribute and connect the customer’s electrical equipment to a power source.

Installer-technicians are tasked with installing a network of low-voltage cabling for video, voice and data or other low-voltage signaling.

IBEW Local 1105 is located in the heart of Ohio’s “Silicon Heartland.” Their jurisdiction includes the Intel property, where the largest construction project in the history of Ohio is under construction. Besides Intel, the 1105 jurisdiction is home to multiple datacenter campuses and other megaprojects.
