Representative Beryl Brown Piccolantonio (D-Gahanna) is running for a second term in the 4th District of the Ohio House of Representatives.
Rep. Brown Piccolantonio has built a strong career in public service. Much of her focus has been on labor relations, where she prioritized workers’ rights and strived to create an equitable workforce.
Her consistent work advocating for better working conditions has earned her the endorsement of the Columbus/Central Ohio Building and Construction Trades Council.
In addition to the C/COBCTC, she has been endorsed by the Franklin County Democratic Party, OAPSE, Ohio AFL-CIO, VoteMama and Mom’s Demand Action.
“I am honored to be endorsed by the dedicated and hard-working people of the Columbus/Central Ohio Building and Construction Trades Council,” Brown Piccolantonio said.
Dorsey Hager, Executive Secretary-Treasurer of the C/COBCTC, outlined the reasons behind the building trades council’s decision to endorse Brown Piccolantonio.
“Beryl has been an advocate for unions and organized labor since the onset of her career on the Gahanna School Board,” Hager said. “When asked, she stepped up to fill a vacancy in the Ohio House and I’m sure her hard work will pay off to get elected to keep her position.”
Working for a better Ohio
Rep. Brown Piccolantonio promises to fight for fairness, dignity and the opportunity for all to achieve the American Dream.
“I am running for office because I want Ohio to be a place where young people choose to live, work and raise their families and where all people can afford to live,” she said.
Members connected to the C/COBCTC are encouraged to support candidates like Brown Piccolantonio, who stand up for the labor trades and address key issues impacting these sectors.
